Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
All items shipped USPS will have insurance added to protect to our customers from careless handling that could damage parts. If a part shipped USPS arrives with shipping damages, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the Postal Service to file a claim and submit proof for reimbursement.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost, but the part will only be shipped next day if it is in-stock currently. Otherwise, we arrange shipment as soon as the part gets to the dealership.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
Our catalog is provided by a third party and may contain incorrect weights & dimensions for some parts. The customer will be informed if this occurs and can choose to cancel their order or pay the additional shipping cost when this does occur. We apologize for inconvenience. Our catalog contains hundreds of thousands of products and our main priority is getting these listed online as soon as they become available. There is no way our staff can comb through all weights & dimensions before release and so we give you right of refusal should any pricing change after the order was placed.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
